Paul Rudd is an American role player, comedian, writer, and producer whose career began in 1992 when he was cast in the function of Kirby Philby in the Boob tube series Sisters until 1995. Too in 1995, he starred in his feature motion picture debut as Tommy Doyle in Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers, also as co-starring alongside Alicia Silverstone in the cult classic Clueless, 1 of his more notable early roles.[1] The post-obit yr he played Dave Paris in Baz Luhrmann'southward Romeo + Juliet with Claire Danes. In the 2000s, he co-starred in Wet Hot American Summer with Janeane Garofalo (2001), P.S. with Laura Linney (2004), and starred in Role Models with Seann William Scott (2008) and I Love You, Man with Jason Segel (2009). Rudd has appeared in numerous films directed and produced by Judd Apatow whom he frequently collaborates with including Anchorman: The Fable of Ron Burgundy (2004), The twoscore-Year-Old Virgin (2005), Knocked Up (2007), Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008), This Is xl (2012), and Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013).

Since 2015, Rudd has played Scott Lang / Emmet-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, appearing in Pismire-Human being (2015), Helm America: Ceremonious War (2016), Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018), Avengers: Endgame (2019) and voiced him again in the 2021 series What If...?.

In improver to his film career, Rudd has appeared in numerous television shows, including the NBC sitcom Friends equally Mike Hannigan, along with guest roles on Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Smashing Job!, Reno 911! and Parks and Recreation (as man of affairs Bobby Newport) and hosting Saturday Nighttime Alive 5 times. He reprised the office of Andy in the follow up series to the film in Moisture Hot American Summer: First Twenty-four hours of Campsite (2015) and Moisture Hot American Summertime: X Years Later (2017). In 2019, he starred in the Netflix serial Living with Yourself as Miles Elliot.
